Fried rice with egg


( serves 5 people)
 Ingredients:
-500gr pre-cooked rice.
-3 tbsp oyster sauce.
-2 tbsp soya sauce.
-2 eggs, beaten.
-3 tbsp cooking oil ( vegetable or peanut).
- 50 gr carrot, finely diced
- 50 gr peas.
- 1 scallion, sliced, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced.
- salt, suger, broth mix.
- 1 tps white ( or black) pepper .
- 2 links Chinese sausage ( optional), steamed, diced.
Method:
Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok over high heat. Add the minced garlic, stir-fry until the outside is golden. Add  half of the scallions, carrot, peas, stirring and cook for 1 minute. Add the cooked rice, soya sauce, stir-fry, season with salt, suger and broth mix. When the rice is hot, add the beaten eggs, oyster sauce. Stir to mix all together until they are fully cooked. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle pepper on the fried rice.
Serving: 5 people.
-          Place the fried rice in a plate or a small bowl. Sprinkle pepper on the fried rice.
-          Garnish with the remaining scallion.
-          Enjoy with tablespoon.
